TOOL ROOM
With the area of 300 Yards we have complete in house TOOL ROOM to manufacture high precision tools and dies , SPM’S and fixtures to smoothly run our production lines & to serve our customer with High Precision Tooling .
PRESS SHOP
With the work area of 2000 Yards , we have state of art press shop with range of presses according to certain application including cutting, bending , forming , deep drawing etc
Mechanical power press – 10 tonnage to 200 tonnage
Pneumatic operated power press – 30 tonnage to 200 tonnage
High speed pneumatic operated press
– 30 tonnage & 110 tonnage
FABRICATION
With an ample space of 1000 yards we do our fabrication jobs to perfection, we have designated areas for precision work and manufacture high precision progressive tooling
